Shipping

The crating and shipping process usually takes 5-10 business days after payment is received in full. Once crated and shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you.

Quoted shipping is for shipping within the continental U.S only.  All international freight purchases can cost more. Once it is signed for by the U.S. Exporter we are no longer responsible for the item.

Service Depot Warranty

30 day parts and labor warranty for domestic buyers. If damage or issues with delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving shipment and device must be returned in original working order, packaging, sealed, tamper tag must be intact.

We reserve the right to reject the item after inspection, including items with physical damage or incomplete packaging or missing items. If physical damage occurs during transit of a return, it is the buyers’ responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim upon receiving a notification from us. The responsibility is between the customer and the carrier.
